I enjoyed my stay here for the night. Walter was most helpful in getting me into a handicapped room as I can’t climb steps nor walk very far without my walker. I even got a parking space near my room so I could get my things in side the room with no problems. I was very Grateful. The room was clean, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and sink. Wow! Warm and Friendly Staff! After leaving so quickly due to some unforeseen event, I realized I had left my feather pillow and called office to retrieve it, Walter answered and he politely said he’d go get it for me and it’d be in the office. I went back, and Walter, Bless His Soul came to my car and hand delivered my pillow to me. What a Wonderful Man. May God Bless You Walter.... You have a Kind and Gentle Spirit. Thank You All for Making My Stay A Pleasant One! Amanda

Been staying here for quit sometime and the staff here is great. My room is great especially for what I pay. They keep my rates in good standing. The staff always helps me and considering I'm in a wheelchair that is wonderful. They are always looking out for me. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Since staying here, I have had amazing service! The rooms are very clean. The ladies I'm the office are always helpful and the house keepers always ask to see if you need anything. Haven't stayed in a hotel that was ran so well in a long time! I recommend staying here to work, vacation, just passing through or to stay a little extra bit. Has a laundry room with a snack machine and a drink machine. I really have enjoyed my stay. And it's quiet at night not a lot of activity through here disturbing you. Love it!!!

I've been staying here for almost two months now, and I can confirm the other reviews about the friendly staff. Everytime I need to go to the front desk for things such as trash bags or toilet paper, they're always so nice. I once stayed and just chatted for about thirty minutes one time with another person staying here, and the person at the front desk. I won't say the hotel itself is perfect, because no place really is. Every place has something about them, right? The only downside of this hotel is they just have one hired housekeeper. The lady housekeeper is very friendly and chatty, but I feel sorry for her that she is the only one. So if you're a housekeeper seeking a job, apply to give this lady a break! Also, if you're a fan of Mt. Dew, so is 90% of the people here, including the staff. So, you already have that in common! The downside of that, is they get sold out of the vending machine before the end of the week haha. I really have nothing bad to say, as I feel like I have been blessed to call this place a temporary home until I find an affordable apartment to call my new permanent home. And I hope God blesses the staff, and everyone else that is here for the same reason as me, and finds a new permanent home as well. Sincerely, Robert.

First time my boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel. We loved the kitchenette and the bed was comfy. We got the handicapped room and it was nice as I was able to take a bath. The location was perfect as it was close to all the main restaurants. We felt safe at this hotel and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers to traveling with family.

We have been here for a while and have gotten to know everyone. They all do a great job of maintaining the property and are on top of any request/problem we’ve had. The women in the office are awesome, especially Jeannie. Andrew is always on top of any maintenance needed and always a friendly face. This is a great place to stay, even if it’s only for a night :)

You are close to everything, fast wifi, nice and soft sheets and blankets. Just FYI the chair in the room reclines back!! It's awsome took me a few days to realize it. I use my kitchen everyday, and the fridge is full sized! Love the hot hot water the shower has! Clean bathroom, toilet shower curtains were very clean! You can tell the staff does an amazing job taking their time in really cleaning the rooms and making them ready and conformable for their guest !

My husband and I stayed here a month and were pleasantly surprised due to all the bad reviews. I guess some people are ridiculously picky. We stayed in room 218. The water pressure was good and the hot water lasted a LONG time. All appliances worked. The air conditioner worked very well. I had to turn it off a couple of times because I got chilled, yet the temperature outside was in the high 90s! The bed was firm and very comfortable. The laundry room is open 24/7 and there is detergent available in the vending machine (along with snacks and sodas). The room was clean when we arrived, but the building could use a little pressure-washing. Location is excellent. The Barnes & Noble and Twin Peaks restaurant is within walking distance. Although the Pavillions Shopping Center is a stone's throw away, you have to walk all the way around the block to get to it. There is a steep, wooded embankment between the hotel and the shopping center, which was disappointing to me. If a stairwell was placed there for easy access, it would be a great benefit. The hotel staff is very friendly. There are a few people who are living long-term here and they have built a friendly community among each other and watch out and help each other. The walls are a bit thin, but that is usually par for the course in a hotel. The rooms look identical to the stock photos with the exception of the extra closet located in the kitchen / pantry. The room we had held one closet, but it was of adequate size. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!
